Boundaries are your responsibility. You decide what is and isn’t allowed in your life.
Be mindful assuming that people will see you need space, time or that you are tired. You teach people how to treat you. YOU decide your boundaries.
The real question is what belief is keeping you from setting necessary boundaries? Until you find the belief and deal with it, you will continue to overfill your life with activity that eventually leads to overwhelm, frustration or being tired.
